The work starts with smooth, calming strokes to warm the muscles, then moves into deeper, more focused pressure where your body needs it most. Aromatherapy is used to support relaxation, and cupping may be added to release stubborn tension without forcing intensity. The pace stays steady and intentional, helping your nervous system settle so you leave feeling open, restored, and deeply at ease.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses long flowing strokes and rhythmic movements to increase circulation and calm the nervous system. It's designed to ease general tension, support relaxation, and create a smooth, soothing foundation for deeper therapeutic work.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and facia to release chronic tension, and restricted movement patterns. Deep Tissue is ideal for people who carry stress in their bodies, have repetitive strain patterns or prefer firm therapeutic pressure
Aromatherapy Massage

Cupping
